Charles "Charlie" Flynn is the Chair of the Niagara County Libertarian Party.

Biography

He attended Erie Community College from 1977 to 1982 and received an A.A. in Social Science and went on to attend Daemen College from 1982 to 1984 and earned a B.A. in Public Relations. Since 1992, he has worked as a realtor/appraiser fro Erie Relocation Realty. He was Commissioner of the Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority from 1998 to 2008.

Politics

Flynn was Chair of the Erie County Independence Party as of 2001.[1] In 2005, he ran for Mayor of Buffalo as the Independence Party candidate, and received 4% of the vote.[2]

Flynn started working to reestablish the Niagara County affiliate of the Libertarian Party in late 2018, and was successful when a convention was held in April 2019.[3]
