Alternative PAC
Alternative PAC[1] is a super PAC run by Matt Kibbe and Terry Kibbe which supported Gary Johnson's presidential campaign in 2016. It was most notable for it's "Balanced Rebellion"[2] campaign, which attempted to pair together voters who were dissatisfied with Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Hillary Clinton, but who were intending to vote for one of them for no other reason than to keep the other from winning the election. When a voter for one was paired with a voter for the other in the same state, they would cancel each other out and both would be free to vote for Gary Johnson. The promotional video for the campaign was titled "What Abe Lincoln Prophesied About Trump and Hillary" and received more than 36,400,000 views on facebook[3] and more than 500,000 views on youtube.[4]
