Resolved at the January 22, 1978 LNC Meeting: 

Minutes of National Committee meetings shall be mailed by the Secretary to all members of the National Committee not more than 30 days after each meeting.

Note: This was indexed in an official Resolution Index and identified as Resolution 62 therein. That document also seems to note that this was amended via resolution at the December 7-8, 1985 LNC meeting. This is the language as amended.
