Document:LNC Resolution 7-8 December 1985 Regarding Auditor

Resolved at the December 7-8 1985 LNC Meeting:

AUDITOR: RESOLVED, that the National Committee shall select a qualified Auditor to serve on the Management and Audit Committee. The Auditor shall audit, or cause to be audited not less than annually, all financial records of the Libertarian National Committee, and all Self-Funded Action Committees, and provide a report in a timely manner to the LNC.
