The Agenda is as follows:

1. Call to Order and Attendance

2. Opportunity for Public Comment (10 minutes)

3. Motion:

We support self-determination for the territories of the United States. The Federal government should accept the results of a referendum of each territory regarding preferences for statehood, independence, or to maintain their current status. For as long as the United States maintains territories, we support a constitutional amendment granting their full representation in the US House of Representatives.

4. Motions (dependent on passage of the former motion and will become part of that proposal):

In every matter, we adhere to the consistent application of the principle of the non-initiation of physical force or fraud.

Substitute

4.0 Omissions

Our silence about any other particular government law, regulation, ordinance, directive, edict, control, regulatory agency, activity, or machination, should not be construed to imply approval. In order to achieve our goal of a world set free in our lifetime, we support reducing the size, scope, and power of government at all levels and on all issues, and oppose increasing the size, scope, or power of government at any level or for any purpose.

6. Separate proposal that is not dependent upon the passage of either of the previous proposals:

4.0 Omissions

Our silence about any other particular government law, regulation, ordinance, directive, edict, control, regulatory agency, activity, or machination, including the existence of any particular governmental system, should not be construed to imply approval.

*On these proposals on 4.0, please be advised that the chair is likely to exercise their right to debate, but will not vote unless vote needed to cause or break a tie.

If there is time remaining, the floor will be open for public comment. Additionally, the room will remain open for informal discussion with the public for at least 15 minutes if there is are any members remaining with comment.

9. Adjournment (Meeting time is limited to two hours)
