Document talk:National Platform 2000

This is pretty much a direct copy/paste of the LPedia page for the 2002 platform. When I saw major or obvious differences between the two platforms (2000 and 2002), I made sure to add the 2000 information to this document.

However, it is quite possible that some minor alterations were made. (E.g. it could have been decided that a "which" should be changed to a "that" for all I know.) If any minor alterations such as this had been made between 2000 and 2002, then this change is not likely reflected in this document. Therefore, I would have to recommend to those that know of specifically small changes made in 2002 to go to those sections in this 2000 document and chance them as needed.
