From the Niagara County Libertarian Party website:
"A native of Western New York, Jim graduated from Tonawanda High School before serving in the Air Force as a computer systems operator. Now married and a father, he works as an Office Manager / Buyer. He is a Llibertarian because, "None of [the other parties] represent me...the individual that desires to live the life they want -- without interference."
