The Libertarian National Committee met 11 July 2010 at Bally's in Las Vegas, Nevada, with Chair Mark Hinkle presiding and Secretary Alicia Mattson taking minutes.

At this meeting a standing IT Committee and a standing Outreach Committee were established, the Chair was authorized to hire an attorney to pursue litigation against the FEC concerning limits on contributions from estates, and several budget expense categories were increased.
