The Libertarian National Committee met 13-14 December 2003 in St. Louis, Missouri, with Chair Geoff Neale presiding and Secretary Steve Givot taking minutes.
At this meeting, additional appointments were made to the Bylaws Committee for the 2004 Convention, the Policy Manual was amended to require that minutes include a brief synopsis of discussion of motions, and a budget was adopted for the upcoming year.
