The Libertarian National Committee met 14-15 May 2005 in Dallas, Texas, with Chair Michael Dixon presiding and Secretary Bob Sullentrup taking minutes.
At this meeting, a new policy was adopted to allow approval of minutes between meetings and appointments were made to the Bylaws Committee for the 2006 Convention,
