The Libertarian National Committee met 31 May 2010 immediately following and at the location of the National Convention 2010, the Renaissance St. Louis Grand Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri, with Chair Mark Hinkle presiding and Secretary Alicia Mattson taking minutes.
At this meeting, members were appointed to the Executive Committee and other standing committees, an IT Committee was appointed, and a committee was appointed to develop language to define an outreach committee.
