The Libertarian National Committee met 6 May 2012 following and at the location of the 2012 convention in Las Vegas, Nevada, with Chair Geoff Neale presiding and Secretary Ruth Bennett taking minutes.
At this meeting, appointments were made to the Executive Committee and other standing committees, the Executive Committee was authorized to negotiate a contract with the presidential campaign, and a previously-scheduled membership dues change was deferred by six months.
