Biography

Marc “Funkhowzer” Cavin is an anarchist and Fortune 500 Analyst. Originally, from Levittown, Pennsylvania, Marc relocated to Denver, Colorado, in 2019 to further his career. His involvement in the liberty movement began after becoming engrossed in the 2016 presidential election. In 2018, Marc officially joined the Libertarian Party.

In January 2020, he became the Communications Director for the Libertarian Party of Denver. Additionally, in July 2020, he attended his first Libertarian National Convention as an in-person delegate representing the state of Colorado. Marc is an active member of the Libertarian Party Mises Caucus and serves as a State Organizer. He is also a member and supporter of the unaffiliated Mises Institute.

Marc is unconventional, resourceful, and well organized—attributes he will leverage as Outreach Director for the Libertarian Party of Colorado. He is dedicated to advancing liberty and believes the key to effective outreach begins with intelligent and articulate messaging.
