Purpose

This is a tag template for articles that you or someone else believe -- for whatever reason -- should be rewritten.

If you disagree and wish to remove this tag, please document why it shouldn't be on the article's talk page, especially if you are removing the rewrite tag.

If you have any reason to believe that someone may object to rewriting the page, it might be a good practice to document why it should be rewritten on the article's talk page.

Usage

Paste this:

This tag template takes no parameters.

Why

Reasons to rewrite include escaping from suboptimal licencing terms, if the article appears to be an irreparable mess, or if the article appears to have no content that is a usable starting point towards a good and accurate iteration.
