Mark Rutherford is a former Vice-Chair of the Libertarian National Committee elected in May of 2024, resigned in December of that year. He was also Vice Chair of the Libertarian National Committee from 2010 to 2012.
On January 18, Rutherford filed to run for Secretary of State of Indiana.[1]
