Biography
Early Life
Charles Ballay was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He grew up in Belle Chasse, a suburb of New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed his high school education at Jesuit High School in New Orleans.

Professional Career
Ballay began his medical practice in Kerrville, Texas in 2007. He later relocated to New Orleans in 2014, where he currently works at West Jefferson Medical Center for Louisiana Children’s Medical Center as an Otolaryngology physician.
