The Libertarian Party of Wisconsin is governed by a ‘’’Constitution’’ which remains in effect from year to year unless amended in convention. In 2021, the Bylaws and Constitutions were ordered to be combined. There has been a question as to whether this was done properly which is being address by the LPWI 2023 Bylaws Committee.
