Libertarian Procrastinators Caucus

The Libertarian Procrastinators Caucus is a caucus of the Libertarian Party. In theory, it collects dues of $10 a year, however its Treasurer has procrastinated in sending the dues notices for some time, so no dues were ever collected. Despite its apparent joke nature, the Procrastinators Caucus does occasionally conduct serious activities, such as adopting a resolution urging President James Madison to "immediately cease all military activities in the War of 1812, lest America still be entangled in endless conflicts over two centuries later."
