Patrick Mitchell (born July 8, 1984) is the chair of the Victoria County Libertarian Party. Before becoming chair, Patrick also served as vice-chair, secretary, and treasurer of the Victoria County LP. Patrick was also seated as a delegate at the 2020 Libertarian National Convention in Orlando and 2022 Libertarian National Convention in Reno. Patrick is also one of the Texas state organizers for the Mises Caucus. Patrick also served as the bookkeeper for the Libertarian Party of Texas before being fired from that position for his affiliation with the Mises Caucus. the Libertarian Party of Texas disputes that was the reason for the discharge and declines to discuss volunteer disciplinary reasons publicly. Patrick was elected to the State Libertarian Executive Committee (SLEC) in Senate District 18 for LPTexas at the 2022 State Convention in Irving, Tx.
