Scott P. Flynn (September 29, 1992—November 23, 2021) was a candidate for New York's 27th congressional district in 2020, attending to challenge Duane Whitmer in the primary. He declined the nomination the day after his petitions were filed, and the vacancy was filled by Nick Phelps, who went on to be defeated by Whitmer in the June 23, 2020 primary. He is the son of Charlie Flynn.
