The East Bay Libertarian Party was a regional organization of the Libertarian Party of California.
It included Alameda and Contra Costa counties. It still operates as a sort of umbrella group for the current county affiliates for those counties.
Its newsletter was Libertarian Lifeline, published since approximately 1978.
Alameda and Contra Costa counties together constituted Region 1 of the Libertarian Party of California in the numbering system in which regions generally corresponded to counties.
These two counties constituted Region 6 in the earlier 20-region numbering system.
